I have been looking for several years for a sturdy, handsome and heavyweight set of wrought iron fireplace tools and this set is worth the wait! It is beautiful as well as easy to use easy to use.....and it was delivered in the blink of an eye.
Ball and Claw Fireplace Tools
Very dissatisfied with this product. It was delivered (twice) in terrible condition. Very poorly packaged, allowing box to be severely damaged along with the tools which had their finish scraped off and chipped as a result of banging together during shipping. The finish is very thin and would never hold up well if used on a regular basis. Customer service at Woodland Direct was courteous and helpful in obtaining a refund for me.

We like the tool set but the packaging was sub-standard and the merchandise was damaged in shipping.
Broken
Improperly packaged and delivered broken. The finish is brown and not black, the tools and the base were scratched due to condition of package. Customer service was very responsive and took care of the billing aspect of this issue

First, the fireplace tools are beautiful, they look great in my house Second, the screen was slightly damaged when I received it. I simply took a picture of the damage and they shipped a new one the next day. No hassle, no problem
