Poor packaging, item damaged
This item arrived in a large box with MINIMAL foam protection. The parts of this fire pit burner kit were literally rattling around loose inside the box. The large metal pan of the burner was totally unprotected and was bent on one side. It seems like we can still use the item and the burner will be covered with lava rock, so we have not bothered to return it. Hopefully the burner will function properly after the rough journey. We shall see.
