Gas Log Burner

Great customer service. I had a 20 year old gas log set and the logs were still good but the burner needed replacement, Woodland Direct's Tech team were able to recommend a replacement burner at a fraction of the cost of what a Fireplace specialty store would charge in New England. Thanks Guys!

The set I purchased are working very well.

The product is good quality, as well as looks good when they are lit. But, the customer service I received had a even more impact on me making the purchase I made.

Just what we were looking for

They're perfect for what we were looking for. Look great, radiate some heat, and were exactly what we were looking for. Especially like the glowing embers beneath the logs.

Too soon to tell

It looks good so far but it's too hot to use so I can't speak to the quality.
