Seaside Casual EnviroWood® Furniture 20 Year Residential and 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of Envirowood Furniture for up to 20 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase*). We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. Envirowood, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are excluded from this warranty. This warranty applies to Envirowood Furniture manufactured after January 1, 1999 and applies to the original purchaser only.
Coastline Collection Limited 10 Year Residential & 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of EnviroWood Furniture for up to 10 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase* for Coastline Collection products. We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase*. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. Powder Coated Aluminum Frames 3 Year Limited Warranty
The finish on exposed Powder Coated Aluminum Frames is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase*. Blistering and oxidation of finishes due to damage caused by scratches, dents, power washing and dings are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which in our opinion were caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.
Commercial Liners 1 Year Limited Warranty
Commercial liners are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase* for residential and commercial use. In no event shall Seaside Casual be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to any plants which may have been planted in the product.
Stainless Steel Fasteners 20 Year Residential and 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Stainless steel fasteners are guaranteed not to fail structurally for a period of up to 20 years for residential use and 5 years for commercial use from date of purchase*. Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions if not maintained as outlined under the “Envirowood Care and Maintenance” section. Rusting hardware or structural failure due to rusting hardware is not covered by this warranty.
Cushions and Pillows 1 Year Limited Warranty
Cushions are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year for residential and commercial use from date of purchase*. Compression of cushions is not covered by this warranty. Although our cushions are water resistant they are not water proof and will absorb water in certain conditions. We advise that you shelter cushions in rainy conditions to avoid extended drying times. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which, in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.
Woven Components 3 Year Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual warrants that under normal use and proper care, Resin Wicker, Nylon Rope, and Synthetic Hyacinth products are designed to withstand fading, weathering and aging for 3 (three) years from date of purchase*. Color pigmentation can affect the color consistency of Resin Wicker products, so there may be slight color variations between production batches which does not fall under warranty consideration. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.
Fire Pit Table Components
The fire components used in fire pit tables, including Crystal Fire® burners, ignitions, electronics, and glass guards, are under the Outdoor Great Room Company warranty, please reach out to Seaside Casual or the Seaside Casual retailer from whom you purchased your fire pit table for warranty information.
