General Warranty Conditions

The AMD Direct Warranty is valid for the original purchaser at the original site of delivery with proof of purchase and photo documentation. Warranty registration must be submitted online within 30 days of purchase. Warranty is void upon transfer of ownership or improper maintenance. Coverage applies to replacement parts only and excludes labor costs.

Warranty does not cover: discoloration, surface rust, corrosion, oxidation from environmental exposure, chemicals, or overheating; damage from improper installation, abuse, grease fires, or misuse; and display models beyond specific components.

All out-of-box claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and before installation. Products installed while damaged are not covered. All warranties are subject to review and approval by the manufacturer.
