Superior Insert

I spoke to the great staff at Woodland Direct on multiple occasions prior to making my purchase. They were extremely helpful and there was no high pressure to purchase any product. They gave me several options in my price range and style and allowed me time to make a decision. They were also great in assisting with incidentals and ducting of my new product. The insert was delivered by carrier and well packaged in order to prevent any damages. I want to say thanks to the great staff at Woodland Direct, especially Brett for his excellent customer service.

Good but be aware

Good product that serves a tight situation. Howerever, there were no instructions that came with it, especially about where the caulk is to be used. Also, the outside diameter differs from the hard pipe. A full 8” where the hard pipe is 7 1/2”. I had to exams the opening I had in a concrete wall in order to get it to pass through.
