I ordered the product as a gift for my husband. I am deployed right now to Afghanistan, so I was hoping I would get exactly what the picture showed. The one my husband received did not have the "sling" for the kindling. That was kind of disappointing for me. He already had it together when I called him to find out if he liked it, so he wasn't about to take it apart and send it back. I asked him if there was a picture included, but he said there wasn't, so I couldn't show him what I was talking about. Just wish it had included everything it had in the pic...
Outdoor log-rack review
I bought this model specifically for my INDOOR fire-room. I was a little hesitant on the price, but once arrived and easy 5 minute assemble - I knew this was a worthy investment. Top rack holds bin of kindling, next rack medium starters, and the rest holds 3 FULL wagon loads of wood. Burning nearly 24/7 through the NW winter, this lock-rack significantly cuts down my number of trips to outside wood storage depot. Sturdy, looks great, and are very happy with this purchase!
Great Product!
Not sure of the disconnect... I sent a raving email, and also was asked separately (about a month later) to review this product. I short, I cannot say enough good things about this log-rack! I purchased specifically for INDOOR use. My wood-stove room has been needing something exactly like this. I can load THREE full wagon loads of wood, and not replentish for a week. All of my kindling and medium starters fits beautifully on the multiple racks. Sturdy, and very nice in appearence, this was an extremely worthy investment!

I was a bit hesitant to order this Rack due to its cost! But so happy I did and happy with the high quality of this product!!! Would do it again and recommend it to everyone looking for an extremely sturdy product that will last forever!!!
