Wildfire Outdoor Living Products Limited Warranty
Wildfire Outdoor Living (“Wildfire”) offers a limited warranty to the original purchaser of each outdoor gas grill, side burner, and griddle. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only with proof of purchase. It covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use for the specified periods listed below. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches, discoloration from normal use, and does not include labor or labor-related charges. Shipping and handling fees apply to replacement parts.
This warranty is void if the product is used in rental or commercial applications.
Component Warranty Periods
- Limited Lifetime Warranty: Stainless steel housing and frame
- Limited Five-Year Warranty: Cooking grids, warming rack, and flavor grids
- Limited Two-Year Warranty: Cast stainless burners and infrared burners; valves and manifold
- Limited One-Year Warranty: Ignition systems; electric/plastic components; all other parts
Wildfire may, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part during the warranty period. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Negligent use, misuse, or improper use of the product
- Use with incorrect fuel or gas supply
- Failure to follow operating instructions
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Damage from flashback fires, grease fires, or other hazards
- Scratches, dents, corrosion, or discoloration due to weather or chemicals
- Paint loss, surface rust, or stainless-steel discoloration from normal wear
- Inconvenience, personal injury, or property damage
- Damage due to severe weather, Acts of God, or exposure to chemicals
- Showroom display products unless inspected and approved by Wildfire
Warranty Claim Procedure
Contact Wildfire Customer Success Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST at 602-344-4840 or support@wildfireoutdoorliving.com. Have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Product registration is required prior to warranty claims.
Wildfire may require defective parts to be returned for examination. If required, the customer must prepay shipping. If the part is confirmed defective, Wildfire will replace it at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of replacement parts.
Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. Wildfire Outdoor Living is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
