This vented gas burner must be used with a see-thru fireplace and must be installed in a fully vented wood burning fireplace. With vented gas logs, you'll enjoy a large, realistic-looking flame that operates with an open chimney flue, or damper. Professional installation is recommended.

This burner is warranted by the manufacturer for 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser, from the date of purchase and to the manufacturer's products purchased for residenital purposes.

This warranty does not cover parts becoming defective through misuse, accidental damage, electrival damage, improper handling, storage, and/or installation or service (burners must be installed as outlined in the enclosed instructions by a qualified professional installer and with only the manufacturer's parts, control valves, remotes and accessories). It does not cover labor or labor-related charges. It specifically excludes liabilty for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclision or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that may vary from state to state.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
