The manufacturer warrants its products for component failure and defects in materials or workmanship per the terms of the warranty supplied with the product. This warranty is Limited Lifetime Stainless, 1 year electrical . No consumer should bear any cost of warranty service when the service is performed within the terms of the consumer warranty. All dealers and distributors shall honor the manufacturer warranties for the brands they represent whether they sold and installed the product or not. Installation and start-up procedures are considered to be normal required activities not associated with warranty service. Issues such as igniter adjustment, gas pressure, IPI electronic ignition, minor stucco, tile, and grout repairs, should be included in start-up. Such procedures are not covered by the warranty. Warranty Period: The warranty period for consumers begins at date of purchase. The manufacturer will use the date of sale for warranty start date.

These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
