Noisy whistling sound during operation

This ring has worked perfectly for my needs but it is not being used as a fire ring it is being used as a cooling ring for a powder coat system. The construction of the ring is good and I am sure it would work great as a long lasting fire ring.
19" gas ring
the ring had burs in the threads for the plug and the gas line, had to take it to a machine shop and have it reamed out, cost $5.00 to do that.
