Decent but got screwed on the size
Deceptive labeling and description. Smaller than expected with small burner. Despite the actual real fyre site having the item.

Very Impressed! True to Advertisement!
I was so impressed with the picture I saw of this log set- and I was even more impressed when I called to get information. The technician was courteous and very helpful. I decided to go ahead and purchase it. After installing it, I couldn't believe I was actually able to purchase something that was true to advertisement; there are so many things that aren't, these days! I've share pics of my new log set with family and friends.

Love the logs and the price was excellent. Only have one problem. All parts came with order except part needed to hook up gas pipe. Per paper work was supposed to be included but wasn't. Called and told the manufacturer no longer supplied the part. Salesman said I would have buy part and they would reimburse me if I sent them copy of receipt. My plumber bought the part for $18 but since he had other items on receipt for himself I didn't bother. So I am out the 18
