Stainless Steel Crystal Burner

This is a very good product. We build a concrete and rock fire pit, molded a ring ledge in the center using a 21.5 inch metal grill , and cemented a gas line into the concrete. When we placed the Stainless Steel Burner in place, with the glass crystals, and lit the fire, it is just spectacular.

This stainless steel crystal burner works great! We already owned a table and chairs set with a woodburning firepit in the center. We decided to convert it to a gas firepit to eliminate the smoke and ash problem. This unit fit the opening perfectly! The flame is adjustable, the fireglass looks great, the stainless steel reflects the fire, and NO MORE SMOKE! We love it! The staff at Woodland Direct was very helpful. All of our friends who have seen the burner love it too!

stainless steel burner

I am extremely pleased with the stainless steel burner I purchased. I wish there was a way to attach a picture of the fire pit I built with this burner. My wife and I love to sit outside around the fire pit! The flames through the crystals are absolutely gorgeous and we have many friends salivating over this fire pit! Thanks again for providing an absolutely wonderful product.

Fire Bowl Kit

Great product well built and works great. The only thing that I would change is to replace the tiny in line ball valve with a key valve which is what I did before installing my kit.

Great product, but expensive

This product is very well made, simple to operate and it works great. I would not hesitate to buy it again, provided it lasts (have not had it long). I gave it a 4 because it seems very expensive to me. I dont see why this product could not be made less expensively. But then again, the competition also seems expensive, so I would say that the price is probably in line with current market conditions. Also, the assembly instructions were not great. All you really need is common sense to put it together, but it would be nice to have some assurance from the manual that you are doing it right. A simple diagram showing it fully assembled with all the parts individually labeled would suffice. I would recommend this product.

Round stainless steel crystal burner

I got what I expected - no issues with the quality except fot the on/ off valve that came with the kit. I paid over $300 for the kit, and it comes with an on/off valve that probably cost about $2.

Great So Far...

After custom-building a bench/table combo in our backyard I finally just yesterday got to install this guy, and it works great! Another key point is that the install is a breeze! If you've ever hooked up a new gas grill to a propane tank, that's pretty much the skill level you need to set this thing up (Well, outside of a bit of carpentry/building skills required to build a proper pit to support it). Great product... Really happy with it so far. Good price as well... especially compared to a lot of the other kits I've seen online for a pit this size!

The first salesman that I placed the order with did not tell me I needed the control panel when building my own fire pit, so I had to rush ship one so the job would be finished on time, but other than that he was great and helped me find what I was looking for. Nice product

As good as I'd hoped

Ordered this insert to replace a wood-based fire pit bowl to avoid the hassle and mess of using wood on my pool lanai. Got the idea when I dined at an outdoor restaurant with a much larger version of the gas flame burning in colored glass at our table. The entire package was a perfect fit, looks sharp, was an easy installation and works like a charm. I am pleased with the product and would recommend it to others.
