Great service with Ben Morris! When the product arrived, we had to figure out another way to install as the flex pkg was not the best fit. Should have had the straight pipe. I didn't not know all this while ordering. I would not use BEST Overnight Carrier anymore. I was concerned when they did not call either phone line so I could be home to have them deliver inside the house. I was available on a 5 minute notice. I work 1 mile away. They said they got a signature. They did not. They left it in the side yard. The driver took the curb on a busy street as I passed them going home. So far, the fireplace is in good shape. Grateful for that. Installing by Wednesday.
