Just installed five 39 inch heaters at my home in Arizona. I already have four of the larger heaters at my hom in Vancouver. Very satisfied with the lot!
the product is very excellent and I like it a lot but I was put off that you sent me the incorrect product at first and then shipped the replacement correct product to the wrong address thus delaying my installation

Great Product!
Heaters work great and the look is so much better being flush mounted into the ceiling. Only downside is the bezel you have to put around them. I understand why, for safety, but in most of the manufacturers photos they do not show such a large bezel which is misleading.

We ordered one and had it installed in our pergola last year and it works so well we decided to install a second one at the other end of the room.
The customer service when ordering was outstanding so I gave this a 5 however, One of the boxes of the 3 was very beaten up in transit. I hope there won't be any issues but I won't know until Monday when my electrician installs. So can't rate the heater performance until then.
