18 inch pipe

All of the products that I received were top quality and were delivered very quickly. My main complaint is this. You need to re-think the 18 inch pipe that you have for the through the wall installation. Most homes have at least an 18 inch overhang at the roof line and to clear that you need to have a longer through the wall pipe. I had to use one of my 48 inch pipes to get the clearance and to get the 26 inches inside that I needed. Also the pipe support devices are way too short. You cannot support a pipe that is 18 inches from the house with a 5 inch support bracket. I had to make my own extensions. I know you sell the swivel elbow that would solve this problem but the price for them is way to high. It would have cost me an extra $ 600.00 just to be able to clear the overhang.
