Q: Does this grill need an insulated jacket when installed on an island? A: Almost any grill will need an insulated jacket if installed in an island that is made of combustible materials such as wood framing.
Q: Where do you rough in the electric plug for this unit? A: Either underneath the counter of the island or next to it on the counter top. The cord for the rotisserie is 6' long.
Q: What are the cut out dimensions for this grill? A: The cut out size is 31" W x 20.5" D with a 10" H cut out in the front.
Q: What is the smoker and what is its capabilities? A: The smoker is a small stainless steel box with holes on the top lid. This box is designed for use with wood smoking chips and is typically set underneath the grill grates during use. Using the smoker box gives you the opportunity to turn your grill in to a smoker any time you want to add smokey flavor to your food.
