The chimney stack pipe is well insulated and seem to be sturdy, However, shipping leaves a lot to be desired. No protection in an ordinary cardboard box leave dents and bends. (Contractor was concerned about an exact fitting together.) For the price, one would think the packaging would protect this expensive item better. Unfortunately, will have to wait for a "burn" to see if there are any leaks.
